Quinnipiac University School of Business

The School of Business will be part of a 179,000 square foot academic building that will also include an innovation hub and financial technology center that will house an environmentally friendly central energy plant under the facility.

Trinity College Utility Plant

A new 2,500 square foot addition will be added to the existing Facilities Services Building. This Utility Plant will include the replacement and installation of a new underground heating and cooling pipes reducing Trinity’s carbon dioxide emissions by 144 metric tons annually.

Fort William Henry Carriage House

The historic Carriage House is the newest wedding venue at the Fort William Henry Resort. The 3.5 million renovation included new designed and installed stairs and railings inside and the newly designed wrap around deck overlooking Lake George.
